 - i am trying to get intouch with after sales as i bought a metal detector from my delivered bware book for 29.99 and the first time i went out with it somehow the battery cover came off and i couldnt find it anywhere, so i have never actually used it, the code is 57884, i would like to replace this item but since then i have had 2 different bware agents call and say they would help and none have been back, could you please help me out i have the original order and my payment receipt thanx.

 - I recently purchased a Southern Patio Cage Bird Feeder as I loved the design-tem #25864. How in the world do you get the seed in and return the top. It seems quite impossible, I need help and advice. Seems to me it cannot be done,therefore I can't feed my birds with it. HELP!!
