Return/Exchange Policy Hatley will credit or exchange merchandise that is defective in any way. If the merchandise is exchanged, Hatley will incur the cost of shipping for the new items. Hatley will not incur the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective. When returning an item to us please do not send it Cash on Delivery - we will not accept it. The best service to use when returning an item is the regular postal service. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Please note that we only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of error (if the wrong item was sent, or the item was defective).
