Return Policy: Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the sales price and tax, excluding shipping and handling. You must contact us via email within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to the customer unopened. RMA numbers expire 15 days after issue. Packages arriving after 15 days of RMA number issuance will be returned unopened. The merchandise returned must be in the same original, brand new condition with all tags affixed.
